GUARANTEES

Before returning any item – you must notify us of your intention to return, and the reasons for the return. We will then provide you with a return warranty number. We do not accept any returns – without this return warranty number. You must then return the product to us before it can be processed for replacement.

Before returning any DVD as faulty we would ask you to try it on at least one other DVD player. The world of DVD technology is not perfect – so sometimes a disk will play on one player and not another. In this case the disk is not the problem, the player is. If you have tested it on more than one player and the disk still does not play, then it will be replaced on return of the faulty disk.

We provide a performance guarantee of sixty days from the date of purchase for all of our products. If DVD is damaged or broken in shippment, you may return it to us (in this condition) within sixty days for replacement..
